Lib Tech's Legendary Big-Rider Board — Now in Camber. 165W and 169W. Built to Charge.
The Skunk Ape has been Lib Tech's answer to the question "what do big riders actually want?" for years, and the Camber version is the most aggressive iteration yet. Developed by Lib Tech's experiMENTAL Division — Trevor Phillips, Krush Kulesza, Neil Green, and Kurt Jensen — through constant testing and refinement, this is not a board that got big by accident. The 165W and 169W sizes give larger riders the platform they need to drive power turns without toe drag, while the floaty ATV nose shape handles pow days without drama. Pure camber means it locks in on hardpack, carves deep, and pops with authority — this ape rages the resort and disappears into the trees with equal confidence. HP construction keeps it surprisingly light for its size, which matters when you're riding a 169 all day. The Bio Beans top (castor bean-based bio resin) and Sintered Knife Cut base round out a build that's as considered as it is capable.

Why We Carry Lib Tech
Lib Tech has been building boards in Sequim, Washington since 1989 — the same facility, the same obsession with construction and materials that made them a cult brand before anyone was paying attention. The Skunk Ape is one of the most specific boards in their lineup: built for a specific rider, tested relentlessly, and refined until it's right. If you're a bigger rider who's been riding boards that weren't really built for you, this is the one.
