SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Handling Orders are processed 7 days a week, including weekends and most holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next day. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Expedited and express shipping options available at checkout for an additional fee

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times begin once your order has shipped (not when the order is placed):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping only.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your account order history.

Shipping Carriers We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us as soon as possible.
