The Outline pant already had a following — baggy wide-leg silhouette, adjustable high waist, the kind of fit that works on the hill and in the lot. The GORE-TEX version takes everything that made it a team favorite and builds it with 2-layer recycled GORE-TEX nylon, PFAS-free DWR, and fully taped seams. This isn't a marketing upgrade — GORE-TEX seam tape and membrane performance are a different category entirely. If you're riding Schweitzer in January, that difference matters.
